Concrete Repair & Replacement....
Our main concrete repair technician, Paul McCoy, has received specialty training in the complete "Miracoat " line of repair and resurfacing systems, but we also do complete removal and replacement of broken-up or cracked concrete. The difference at CPR is that we always correct the underlying problem which caused the concrete to fail in the first place. Many of our competitors simply remove the bad concrete and place new concrete in exactly the same place in exactly the same way and form that it was in before. We treat and rectify any problems with the subsurface soils and we always install a slip plane of introduced engineered fill below the new concrete.
We repair and resurface spalled or lightly cracked concrete. "Spalling" is pits or chips which break up the surface. They are the result of the freeze/ thaw cycle. We seal all new concrete and repaired surfaces with a sophisticated penetrating sealer to prevent freeze/ thaw damage.
Complete concrete removal and replacement is available. Prior to new concrete, the reason for old failures will be understood and rectified. Click here for more photos
